The best is to book flight and hotel separately in order to save some money. For flight I would check kayak.com and for hotel rooms I recommend http://www.vegas-hotels-online.com (they have promotion codes for various Las Vegas hotels)

Normally I would say to book separately but check with a travel agent in Vancouver. They may have charters going that will save you lots of money over regular commercial air.
