Don't go during the summer. Its HOT (110+) and usually thats the time when most people go so hotel rooms are more expensive.

If the question is refering to best time to buy price wise i would say it depends on when you choose to go sometimes. I bought my ticket to vegas 4 months before going and it cost me $400, for flight and a hotel room at the PH for 4 days and is now going at $750 to $800. but sometimes its going to be the same either way like if you want to go to vegas around new years, its going to be expensive no matter what.
