Best time to book flight to Las Vegas?
I'm planning to go to Las Vegas the first week of August this year. What is the best time to book the flight? Should I book it now or wait a little longer? Like to depart on Sunday and leave for home on Thursday. Also, which airlines are the major "hub" for Las Vegas?

Well its up to you. August is not a crazy busy month in Vegas. I would very suprised if those flights filled up. I would wait a little longer, maybe until late June or Early July and then see what the rates. Statiscally the best time to book a flight ( assuming non-holiday time) is between 3-6 weeks before the trip.

It all depends on where you are coming from as far as the hub airlines go. Check the fares on farecast .com. I always want to land in early afternoon, get my rental car, check in and start the fun. Unless, you're planning to stick to the strip, having a rental is important. Parking is always free or very cheap like $5-8 per day in most garages.
