I don't think there are any direct flights. You are probably going to have to end up stopping at a hub and connect to another flight. Delta flies from Dublin to Atlanta, and then has flights from Atlanta to Vegas. American would have a layover in Chicago. Continental will make you stop at Newark and so on... As far as planning your trip...expedia or travelocity should do the trick! Enjoy your trip!

Yeah basically no direct flights. Go to www.expedia.com and search, I'd go with American and stop in Chicago as it's on the way.

No there is no direct flight from Las Vegas to Dublin, I have just flown into and out of Las Vegas, you closest option is to fly with BMI (british Midland) or Mytravel to Manchester (UK), then to Dublin, or to fly with Virgin Atlantic (daily flight to London Gatwick, and then get a connection with either Aer Lingus or Ryanair to Dublin. You can get a really cheap flight with Ryanair, and their flights run very frequently during the day.) I hope this is of help.
